To help everything run smoothly before and during the show, we've set up some important deadlines. The good news is that you can save money by ordering your stand requirements, services, and other needs by these early deadlines shown on the forms.

Please note that while we work hard to keep our prices stable, we may need to adjust rates if there are changes in labor or material costs before the exhibition.

Exhibitor badges

All exhibitors are required to register their staff in advance in order to obtain exhibitor badges. These badges provide access to the exhibition halls during build-up, show days and dismantling, according to the official opening hours.

The number of exhibitor badges allocated to each stand is based on the total stand area, as outlined below:

• 15–25 sqm: 10 badges
• 26–50 sqm: 20 badges
• 51–100 sqm: 40 badges
• Over 100 sqm: 60 badges

How to order badges for your stand crew

Log in to Visit Connect and go to the ‘Team’ section via the menu on the left. Click ‘Add Staff’ in the top right corner. You then have two options to register team members:

1. Register Exhibitor
   Fill in your colleague’s contact details such as phone number and job title, set their permissions and complete their registration. Your colleague will immediately receive a confirmation email and login credentials.
2. Import Staff
   Would you like to add multiple colleagues at once? Use the ‘Import Staff’ option to register a group quickly and easily.

How to apply for exhibitor badges

Exhibitor badges can be requested via the Exhibitor Portal.
Please note that exhibitor badges are personal and non-transferable. For security reasons, the name of each badge holder must be provided in advance.

Important information

• Exhibitor badges grant access to the exhibition halls only

• Badges must be worn visibly at all times

• Access may be refused without a valid badge

• The badge registration deadline will be communicated via email and the Exhibitor Portal
