Stand Crew & Registration

To help everything run smoothly before and during the show, we've set up some important deadlines. The good news is that you can save money by ordering your stand requirements, services, and other needs by these early deadlines shown on the forms.

Please note that while we work hard to keep our prices stable, we may need to adjust rates if there are changes in labor or material costs before the exhibition.

Exhibitor badges

All exhibitors are required to register their staff in advance in order to obtain exhibitor badges. These badges provide access to the exhibition halls during build-up, show days and dismantling, according to the official opening hours.

The number of exhibitor badges allocated to each stand is based on the total stand area, as outlined below:

  • 15–25 sqm: 10 badges
  • 26–50 sqm: 20 badges
  • 51–100 sqm: 40 badges
  • Over 100 sqm: 60 badges

How to apply for exhibitor badges

We're currently in de process of setting up the system. You will receive an email when you can register your stand crew. This page will be updated accordingly.
Please note that exhibitor badges are personal and non-transferable. For security reasons, the name of each badge holder must be provided in advance.

 

Important information

  • Exhibitor badges grant access to the exhibition halls only
  • Badges must be worn visibly at all times
  • Access may be refused without a valid badge
  • The badge registration deadline will be communicated via email and the Exhibitor Portal

 

Badge collection

Badges can be collected on-site at the registration desk during build-up and show days.
