Please submit the construction drawings to the organization via nickmouthaan@victam.com, with a copy to expo@victam.com. Be sure to comply with the stand construction regulations as mentioned above. Victam will review the design and inform you of the outcome.

Deadline for submitting designs: May 1, 2026

The submission must include:

• A PDF file of the stand design
• A floor plan with detailed area dimensions
• Quoted elevations and perspectives
• Specification of the stand assembly type: basic, mixed, or custom-built

The Organizer reserves the right to reject any project that does not comply with the regulations. Any required modifications must be made in line with the stipulated guidelines.

Note: No project submissions will be accepted after May 1, 2026. Submissions presented on-site for approval will not be considered.
