Loading & Unloading Rules at Jaarbeurs

Loading & Unloading Rules at Jaarbeurs

Loading and unloading during build-up and breakdown is strictly regulated to ensure safety and a smooth logistics flow.

Traffic officers are present on site at all times. Their instructions must always be followed and may override scheduled time slots when required for safety or operational reasons.

Loading & unloading hours

  • Permitted between 07:00 and 23:00
  • The site is closed between 23:00 and 07:00

Access procedure

Upon entering the premises, a height measurement at the barrier determines the maximum allowed loading time for the vehicle.

Maximum loading times (per vehicle)

  • Vehicles under 2.70 m: maximum 60 minutes
  • Vehicles over 2.70 m: maximum 120 minutes

Exceeding the allocated loading time may result in additional charges starting from €120.

Heavy Equipment, Special Constructions and Flooring

Exhibitors and stand contractors planning to install heavy machinery, large eye-catching structures, or specific flooring solutions may encounter logistical or technical constraints within the venue. To ensure safe handling, proper installation, and compliance with venue regulations, we strongly recommend coordinating these activities in advance.

For guidance and support regarding transport, lifting, positioning, or floor load considerations, please contact our official logistics partner, DSV, who will be able to advise and assist accordingly. Please contact frank.heemskerk@DSV.com.
