Vehicle Access & Parking (VRS)

Vehicle Access & Parking – Vehicle Registration System (VRS)

To ensure safe and efficient logistics during build-up and breakdown, Jaarbeurs uses a Vehicle Registration System (VRS).
All exhibitors, contractors, and suppliers transporting goods to the venue must register their vehicle and book a time slot in advance.

Why VRS is required

  • To control traffic flow on site
  • To limit congestion in loading and unloading zones
  • To ensure safe working conditions during peak logistics moments

Vehicles without a valid VRS booking may be denied access.

How the VRS works

  • Each vehicle must book a time slot in advance
  • A valid license plate number, driver name, and phone number are required
  • The booking confirmation must be brought on site

Upon arrival, the reservation will be scanned at the barrier before access is granted.

Approach route

All logistics traffic must follow the official VRS approach route to Jaarbeurs P2.

Parking after loading and unloading

Parking in the loading and unloading zones is only permitted during active loading or unloading.

After completing these activities, vehicles must be moved to the designated parking areas:

  • Vehicles under 2.70 m: P2 and P4
  • Vehicles over 2.70 m: P2 only
  • Standard Jaarbeurs parking fees apply.

Unattached trailers and semi-trailers may not be left on the Jaarbeurs premises. A tow-away regulation is enforced.
