Venue Regulations – Jaarbeurs Utrecht (Halls 3 & 4)
All exhibitors and contractors must comply with the official venue regulations of Jaarbeurs Utrecht. These rules apply to all activities within Halls 3 and 4 during build-up, show days, and dismantling.
Please make sure your team and contractors are familiar with these regulations to ensure a safe and smooth setup.
Key points:
- The maximum floor load is 2,500 kg/m².
- The maximum stand height is 8.30 m in Hall 3 and 7.05 m in Hall 4.
- Rigging and any suspended structures are allowed only after written approval.
- Fire equipment (such as hose reels and sprinklers) must always remain accessible.
- All emergency exits must be kept clear and visible at all times.
- Vehicles inside the hall are only allowed with minimal fuel and a disconnected battery.
