Send the option form with your stand preferences and company profile to expo@victam.com.

We will send you a stand proposal based on your option form

After you approve and confirm the stand proposal, you will need to send in the application form with all your details

You can book space exhibit with your own booth or you can order a shell scheme package from the organizer

After we receive your application form, we will send you a stand confirmation letter with the first invoice of 20%

Four months before the event you receive second invoice for 75%. In case the Application is made within 5 months before the start of the event (from January 2026 on) there will be only 1 invoice for 100% of the booking costs
